Hi! I’m Goldy, a mastery life coach and body worker (craniosacral, reflex integration). It is because of my life experiences and commitment to self growth that I pursue my mission of helping people. I am passionate about empowering people, and strongly believe that every individual, given the tools and skills, can achieve great goals and live a fulfilled, vibrant life. It’s through my various trainings that I am able to meet people where they are at in their journey, helping people connect to and understand the mind and body connections and how to let it guide them. It brings me great joy watching people grow, and I look forward to supporting you!
